Linsay Hale

Linsay Hale, MPA, has wide-ranging experience in government, criminal justice systems, and policy implementation. She has held leadership roles with the Wisconsin State Senate and the Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training, where she oversaw statewide programs, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and guided policy development and stakeholder collaboration.

Across her career, she has worked extensively with elected officials, governing boards, law enforcement agencies, and community organizations to develop and implement policies and programs that promote transparency, effectiveness, and public trust. She is committed to strengthening Lake County’s juvenile justice systems through collaboration, accountability, and effective program implementation.
